Winter Market at the Crossing

The Millwood Farmers Market is continuing into the winter this year with a Winter Market, featuring locally raised chicken, beef, winter vegetables, artisan breads and pastries, and local hand crafts. The winter market meets indoors at the Crossing Youth Center from 2 pm to 6 pm on Wednesdays.

The Crossing is located just east of the Millwood Presbyterian Church parking lot, facing Euclid and the railroad tracks.

Millwood Farmers' Market Summer 2010

Minimize

May 19 to September 29
Wednesdays
3:00pm to 7:00pm

Millwood Presbyterian Church invites you to join us for the Millwood Farmers' Market starting on Wednesday, May 19 and running from 3:00 to 7:00pm in the church parking lot through September 19. The Market is hosted by the church, organized in cooperation with local area farmers and artisans. We have a wonderful variety of vendors including local farm raised beef, artisan breads, seasonal produce, honey, flowers, plants, herbs, sauces and more. We have 15 to 25 vendors on any given week, depending on the season. To the right is a list of some of the vendors who participated in the market in 2009.

Our hope is to contribute to the health of our community and the health of our local growers and economy. In the words of Jeremiah our goal is to "seek the welfare of the city God has sent us to, for in its welfare we will find our own welfare." (Jeremiah 29)

Every week features a variety of local live music.

If you are interested in being a vendor, vendor applications and information can be downloaded below. You may also fill out the online vendor application here and pay your vendor fees. In general the items sold need to be made by, grown by, or otherwise brought to market by the people selling them. There will be no wholesale or used goods for sale. 60% of the gross sales need to be from produce so this will limit the number of craft items for sale.
