CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, April 29
The 2007 Spokane CROP Hunger Walk will be held on Sunday, April 29. Entertainment and registration will begin at the GonzagaUniversityMartinCenter at noon, followed by the walk at 1:30 p.m. Nonperishable food donations will be collected for Second Harvest. The CROP Hunger Walk is 10K along the Centennial Trail, although shorter routes are available. Participants with $100 or more in pledges earn a free T-shirt. A portion of the funds raised benefit local hunger-fighting organizations, including Second Harvest.
