At Millwood's Galactic Blast VBS kids will voyage into outer space praising God. Through daily missions, they will see space like never before. This cosmic combination of faith and fun will have your cadets developing a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

While children up through fourth grade will stay on our church campus, fifth and sixth graders will have a special adventure each day at our church owned Camp White in Post Falls Idaho, including swimming and outside games. Parents of 5th and 6th graders will need to sign a permission form for the trip to and from Camp White, when bringing children on the first day of VBS.

1.  Register for VBS in the pane to the right or download the brochure when it is available and mail in.

2.  Pay for VBS Online   Note that students are not registered until registration form AND payment are received.  

3.  Please mail in the signed permission form(s) (and payment if not paid) or bring in on the first day, June 21. (5th/6th grades must have both permission forms signed).

ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT NOON, Friday, JUNE 18, 2010.  After this time, you may register at the door on June 21 at 8:30am.

Online Registration closes at 5pm on Friday, Jun 18. You may come on Monday morning to register your child in person if they are not already registered. While we cannot guarantee a spot, we will do our best to find a place for your child. If you have any questions please call Kim McGiveran at 924-2350 or email her at kim@millwoodpc.org.

Millwood Community Garden Meeting, March 11, 7pm - Friday, March 05, 2010
West Valley residents, businesses and churches are partnering with Inland Empire Paper to organize a community garden at the site of the old pumpkin patch on the corner of Argonne and Maringo. There are plans for individual plots, row crops for Second Harvest Food Bank, and a native wildflower border. Come to the meeting if you are interested in learning more or participating. Meeting at the Crossing Youth Center, 8919 East Euclid, Spokane, WA 99212. 
Millwood Food Bank March 12, 12-2 pm - Friday, March 05, 2010
Millwood Presbyterian is partnering with Second Harvest Inland Northwest and others to distribute fresh and healthy food to low income families and those in need of food assistance. No appointment or documentation is necessary to participate. Recipients must be present in order to receive food.  Please bring a box. The Food Bank distribution takes place in the church parking lot, 3223 N. Marguerite Rd., and is available the second Friday of every month from 12 – 2
